Wrap Spinach Parsley - Raw Vegan

Raw Vegan Wraps – Tender and Savory


– 1 big Courgette (zuchinni)
– 1/2 cup flax seeds
– 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
– water
– 2 tablespoons of psyllium husk
– 100g spinach – 1/2 bunch parsey
– 1/2 cup dried herbs you normally use to make salad dressing. I used oregano, thyme, onion and rosemary. I added healing herbs like, horsetail and dandelion.

What To Do?
Blend half of the seeds dry in the blender, save in a airtight jar. Soak the rest of flax and sunflower seeds for about 4 to 6h. Wash and clean the vegetables. Mix in your courgette with water in the blender. Clop the spinach and parsley small enough for the blender to pick it up and add it to the mix. Do not wait in between, but add the soaked seeds now and blend them through until it’s a puree. Put the mixture in a big bowl and set water in the blendercup. In the bowl you’ll add the dry ingredients until your mix has the consistecy of “gel”. Basically sticks mor to itself then anything else. The trick is to add slowly while stirring. Leave in the dehydrator for 8h.

– Dehydrator or air oven max 42 degrees celcius
– Silicon sheets
